Since working with Deborah, I feel like I have a better understanding of who I am, what I’m good at and who I want to be. I’ve become more focused and driven in the areas where I know that I can make a difference. I feel like I can see the bigger picture and she has instilled confidence in me that has made me a better professional.
Deborah- You are something special 🙂 I have loved everything about working with you. The way that you are able to listen, ask questions and then provide opportunities for thought is incredible. You understand people better than anyone I’ve ever met. It’s almost like you already know what I’m feeling or what I’m going to say before I’ve even thought it or said it. I like the way you guide our meetings, provide takeaways and action items and give us enough time in between meetings for things to take effect.
You are just simply amazing, and I am so lucky you are in my life!
